Friday, February 09, 2018 - TRIP DIGITAL (TD) officially launched a new partnership with Native Instruments as sound designers creating original sound packs now available on Sounds.com. Designed for professional consumers, producers and artists, each sound pack contains 30-70 loops, shots and sounds that come directly from our studio during composition and mixing sessions.
In addition, TD will release sound packs from specific records and remixes, as well as exclusive packs featuring live sounds from well-known musicians and artists who performed on released records.
Last month, Native Instruments, the leading manufacturer of software and hardware for digital music production and DJing, unveiled Sounds.com, a new online platform for loops, samples, and sound packs for music creators of all genres. Today, Sounds.com beta is exclusively available in the US. where customers can try it with a free selection of loops and samples, or go Pro and subscribe to the full library at a special introductory price of $9.99 per month.
The rapidly-growing platform already hosts more than 500,000 royalty-free sounds – from orchestral scoring to pop, rock, and trap – and new releases are added daily. Current sounds include loops and sample content from Native Instruments’ acclaimed Maschine Expansions – plus exclusive content from over 200 creators, including leading suppliers such as The Loop Loft, MVP Loops, and Symphonic Distribution. Curated collections from the Sounds.com team provide ready-made inspiration to producers of all skill levels and genres.
Sounds.com is spearheaded from Los Angeles by Native Instruments’ Chief Digital Officer Matthew Adell, previously known for leadership roles at Beatport, Napster, and Amazon. The platform marks Native Instruments’ further expansion into the loops and samples domain, complementing their portfolio of highly acclaimed instruments and effects.
For Trip Digital, Sounds.com is another resource to further build out the artist development platform they've created for independent artists, producers and djs; which provides distribution of the Lego-like pieces that make up full songs. TD is excited for this opportunity and looks forward to inspiring new sounds and production from new audiences.
